  1. Share your concepts with your reviewers in the Cloud from CorelDRAW’s new Dashboard.
  2. Share the design in the Dashboard to invite your contributors to view, markup, and comment directly on your CorelDRAW design file.
  3. When your reviewers click their invite link, your design file will open in CorelDRAW.app™, ready for them to markup with easy-to-use comment and annotation tools.
  4. In CorelDRAW, use the Comments docker to see feedback and reply in real-time. Quickly make changes to your designs and save the file to the Cloud so contributors can view your changes.

The CorelDRAW Comments docker or inspector acts as your collaboration hub, where you can view, respond, and resolve live feedback, and add your own notes. Use the docker to filter and search reviewer comments. This also means no more marked-up PDFs or image files, saving you time and screen space.

Annotation tools in CorelDRAW and in CorelDRAW.app empower teamwork and help stakeholders work collectively in real-time. You can add a note icon or mark up a document with arrows, rectangles, and ellipses, as well as straight and free-form lines. Then add a comment to clarify each markup. Watch video

Collaboration sign-in options

Sign in with your Corel customer account to upload design files to the Cloud and to share with reviewers. Corporate license users can sign in using their company Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account for authenticated comments.

Design file sharing for collaborative review and approval

When ready for review or approval, upload your CorelDRAW (CDR) files to an and share with clients through a web link. Then, CorelDRAW.app can be used to let clients and other contributors access the shared files and add remarks and suggestions in a review cycle for the creator to address. Watch video
